BarelyPolitical from Youtube has produced a response to the viral Old Spice Man commercial that features Isaiah Mustafa. The response is a remixed music video version of the commercial that has been produced as a parody of the original commercial.

The Old Spice Commercial is one of the first one commercials on the internet that has been successfully able to use the power of social media and marketing tactics. The commercial has been mainly targeted at men and has been successfully able to garner a lot of attention with millions of views rolling in on the commercial and the video responses generated by the Old Spice Guy.

So I have started installing games and applications on my android device – an HTC phone that has been an upgrade for me from INQ mobile that really sucked. I will start reviewing a lot of applications and games on the android blog.

The recent game reviews have been for -

• Whack A Mole – This is the first game that I installed on my android device. The game is based on the Whack A Mole machine. You need to hit the moles and get a high score. The game is free to play and you will definitely like it.
• Hit The Penguin – In this game you are an iceman who has been given the job of hitting penguins which are falling down. Hit them and try to get the penguin reach as long distance as you could.
• Abduction -  Your job is to reach the spaceship that has abducted your friends. The game has a short storyline and you can play this games without buttons! Quite an interesting concept by the developer as the game uses accelerometer.

I played out three games which have been quite addictive and fun. Definitely better than the games that I have played on the iPhone OS. Android Market seems to suggest better games than the one on the Apple store.

With Spain winning the 2010 FIFA World Cup, A Spanish town has reportedly raised more than hundred thousand pounds in its bid to get hold of Paul The Octopus who had made the prediction of Spain winning the Cup.

It is quite interesting to note that Paul The Octopus is being called on to solve the Euro Crisis and also set government policies. While someone has also asked Paul to be featured at the food festival. I am really not sure whether such job should be given over to someone who is making decisions on guesswork without any understanding.

Though any of this could have been entertaining but as what I saw with a couple of searches on the searches was the fact that she had already done nude photo shoots before. I am not going to link to the pictures but there are already tons of them on the internet.

The thing that I would be ending up is the fact that this was done by her only for boosting her popularity and nothing else. The photo shoot was kept exclusive and I am expecting that she was paid top bucks for it which might have not been possible with the run.

But whatever its her choice to do whatever she wants.

The Song “Waka Waka” By Colombian Singer Shakira and South Africa’s Band Freshlyground was chosen as the official song for the 2010 World Cup. The song has been sung in both English and Spanish and is based upon traditional african soldier’s song named Zangalewa.

The song was first performed at the pre-tournament knock-off concert in Soweto. It was also performed at the opening ceremony on 11 June, and the closing ceremony on 11 July. The tournament song had been performed for the second time during the match which was then followed by highlights of group stage matches.
